amount to $8,300 from $3,800 for the Vested Interest Building roof repair.

On July 9, 2019, the Board of Public Works approved the Professional Services Agreement for
the above project. The amount listed on the agenda request was $3,800, which was the amount
approved by the Board. It has been brought to my attention that the number on the agenda
request was mis-typed. The amount should have read $8,300, which is the amount on listed on
the EJCDC. This memo serves to inform the Board of the scrivener's error and the corrected
amount of the PSA.
