City administration is requesting a special additional appropriation outside of our normal, quarterly
appropriation process. This special appropriation ordinance relates to the procurement of
professional services for the South Bend Police Department.
I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings. It
is requested that this bill be filed for 1st reading on July 22, 2019 with 2nd reading, public hearing
and 3rd reading scheduled for August 12, 2019.
