RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT TO SELECT A CONSULTANT FOR URBAN
DESIGN AND AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION OF A CONTRACT
THEREFORE IN PROJECT IND. R -66
the Local Public Agency under the date of December 9, 1969 entered
.oan and Grant Contract with the United States of America providing
incial aid to the Local Public Agency under Title I of the Housing
L941, as amended to date; and
pursuant to said Contract, the Local Public Agency is undertaking
activities or execution of the Project Area designated as Project

WHEREAS the Local Public Agency desires
