STAFFORD FOR LAND IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R -57 WHE i,AS, Charles E. Stafford has submitted a written offer meeting the appr ved minimum price on Disposition Parcels commonly referred to as Nos. 17- and 17 -36, LaSalle Park Project, Indiana R -57; and WHE AS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the acce tance of this bid is in accordance with the approved disposal program Eor this area; and WHE aAS, the Commission has determined that the redeveloper possesses the qual'fications and financial resources necessary to acquire and develop the land in accordance with the Urban Renewal Plan; and WHE EAS, the offer of $1,488.27 by Charles E. Stafford is satisfactory and is n t less than the offering price of the Commission for uses in accord- ance wita the Urban Renewal Plan, which offering price was submitted to and approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. NOW, THEREFORE, THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION accepts the offer of Charles E. Stafford to acquire at a price of $1,488.27 and re- develop the designated Disposition Parcel Nos. 17 -1 and 17 -36 which are known and described as follows: 17-1: Lot 147 except the South 20 feet thereof and Lot 148 in the recorded 2nd Plat of LaSalle Park, a Subdivision in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9 and the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. 17-36: Lot 145 in the recorded 2nd Plat of LaSalle Park, a Subdivision in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 9 and the Northwest 1/4 of Section 10, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, in the City of South Bend, Indiana.
