RESOLUTION MAKING THE APPOINTMENT OF ACTING DIRECTOR AND
AUTIiORIZING HIS SIGNATURE ON ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS
WHERIAS the position of Executive Director of the City of South Bend,
Department of Redevelopment will become vacant as of March 16, 1970 and there
will be a need within the Department to appoint an Acting Director until an
Executive Director shall be chosen.
BE Il RESOLVED that the Associate Director is appointed Acting Director
effective March 16, 1970 to serve in that capacity until such time as an
Executive Director can be employed, and
BE Il FURTHER RESOLVED that the Associate Director is hereby authorized
and directed to execute in the behalf of the Department of Redevelopment any
and all d cuments requiring the signature of the Executive Director.
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission held at
1246 County-City Building, 227 West Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana 46601
on March , 1970.
