We do it in this way for the continued optimum health of your trees and so that none are missed. We do send reminder cards two to three weeks prior to when treatment period is to begin. Additionally, changing economic conditions which are beyond our control may dictate the need for us to include a surcharge for fuel if those costs rise dramatically between the time the Proposal is done and when the work is completed.
