Elicia,
Got it. I’ll take a couple more “wider angle” photo views of the house, which include the chimneys.
Here is a link to the Belden Brick detail, although I’ll say the bricks look less red/pink in person
(buying from Rose Brick’s inventory) and more red/orange. Either way, the choices were limited
with a smooth surface. My opinion was that color + finish was important to maintain the continuity
of the rest of the outside, even if the house bricks are painted off-white.
http://www.beldenbrick.com/onlinecatalog/brick-colors/red-bricks/104/503-505
I’ll email the other photos tomorrow or early Monday.
Thanks again,
Theron

We would prefer the specification of the red brick as a color depiction of what it will look like but we
can get by with what was submitted. Maybe the supplier has a link on their website or can take a
picture of a sample in their showroom?
A photo of each side of the house that the chimneys are seen from would save time so that our
Inspector wouldn’t need to make a trip.
Other than that, I think we have everything to be able to process this as an Administrative Approval.
I’m out tomorrow but will prioritize the approval for Monday pending arrival of COA fee.

tomorrow. Do you think you have everything else you need from me?
Please confirm.

Theron –
I’ve started a file for your project. The details are adding up to qualify for an Administrative
Approval. Once we receive the application fee, it will be fully evaluated and processed. Stay tuned.
Thanks!

Hi Theron -
I did receive your call this morning but am out at a workshop, returning tomorrow. Thank youfor sending the COA and supplementary documents. A site plan or Birds Eye view would behelpful to know the full picture. Also, I’d be curious to see a picture of the red brickspecification. You can call in $20 COA fee to Michelle at 574/235.5912.
