. AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT
1D THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
BE IT RESOLVED BY the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
the City of south Bend, Department of Redevelopment, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIO4 1. The pending proposed Fifth Amendatory Contract (herein called the
"Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain Contract No. Ind. R- 57(LG), dated the
22nd day of April, 1966, by and between the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelop-
ment (herein called the "Local Public Agency ") and the United States of America (herein
called the `Government "), is hereby in all respects approved.
SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Amendatory ntract in two counterparts on behalf of the Local Public Agency, and
the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress and attest the official
seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counterpart, and to forward such
counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for execution on
behalf of t e Government, together with such other documents relative to the approval
and executi n of such counterparts as may be required by the Government.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTIO 4. Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Commission
held in the Office of the Department of Redevelopment, 1246 County -City Building
on the 2nd ay of January, 1970.
