r NSOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION, GOVERNING
DY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING
E FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES,"
D. R -66
WHEREAS, he South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the City of
South Ben , Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is now necessary to
purchase 4 parcels, Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project, Ind. R -66; and
WHEREAS, # has reviewed the three separate appraisals for 14 parcels; and
WHEREAS, ?e0asonable. e proposed acquisition price for the 14 parcels of real estate, as
shown on rm HUD -6144, dated December 5, 1969, is, in the opinion of the Commission,
fair and
NOW, THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Bend Redevelopment Commission hereby
determine that 14 parcels in the Central Downtown Urban Renewal Project be acquired
and that �he filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated
December , 1969, for the said parcels is hereby approved.
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission held
on December 5, 1969, in the Office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue,
Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana.
