Council Seeking Input Regarding Substitute Bill No. 15-19- CBD Zoning Ordinance Amendment
Substitute Bill 15-19 PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AMENDING CHAPTER 21 OF THE SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE, ARTICLE 3 COMMERCIAL
/ MIXED USE DISTRICTS TO REPEAL AND REPLACE SECTION 21-03.06 CBD CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT has been delayed by the Common Council until the July 22nd meeting.
Bill sponsor Councilmember Jo M. Broden (4th District) is asking for public input regarding this bill and its amendments.
The Common Council has set up a special link and folder containing the current Substitute Bill No. 15-19, presentation PowerPoints and a summary chart of the changes. Please contact

Zoning and Annexation Committee Chairperson, Oliver Davis, will hold a Zoning and Annexation Committee meeting on July 16th at 5:00pm in the Council Informal Conference Room for the
public to discuss Substitute Bill No. 15-19. A formal notice will follow.
We are asking residents to submit any questions or comments regarding this bill to sponsor Councilmember Jo M. Broden (jbroden@southbendin.gov)
