WHERE, The Board of Public Works of the City; o f , South Betd, Indiana
did on the -23rd. day of April 1912 enter a preliminary order designating MARION BRICK
laid on a six (6) inch gravel foundation, and awarded the contract to C.H. DEFREES,
he being the lowest and beat bidder upon MARION BRICK, the some to be laid on MADISON
STREET fromEAST. RACE to.. EDDY STREET, there being no petitions filed# THEREFORE;
BE IT RESOLVED, That the preliminary order is hereby'. -confirmed and the
aforesaid street is hereby ordered paved with MARION BRICK.
Adopted this 7t h. day of May 1912.
