M. =-Mr._ N.edbalski absent. i/In the matter of the Olive Street Pipe Sewer Under, Improvement Resolution No. 142, the ' Board after due consideration inanimously approved of the rescinding of all former action on the same* petition received and read petitioning for a Pipe Sewer on Michigan Avenue to Olive St. to East line of Shelbman purchase. This petition is presented with the understanding that the OlivenStreet Sewer,is to be censtruIcted during the fall of 1912 and the Michigan A1V#hue to bs constructed during the spring of 1913. The same was referred to the City Engineer fe investigestion. '✓Petition received and read petitioning for'Grade on Michigan Avenue from Olive Street to East line of Shelbman purchase. The same was referred to the City Engineer for inve,,sti9$& Tian, A fetition received and read petitioning for, Pavement on ,Frst. GRADE, CURB ;AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT RESOLUT ON NO. 169. RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, ST JOSEPH COI-NTY.XST.ATE OF INDIANA, That it is, deemed necessary to improve St. Vincent Street from liotre:=Dxme Avenue to Eddy Street by grading said St. Vincent Street from property line to property line to the established grade, and constructing cement curb and cement sidewalk on both sides of said .street where not already constructed, in accordance with the profile,, details, drawings and specifications on file in the office of the Department-. of the Board of Public Works, of said City; and such improvement is now ordered. The cost of said improvement,including the cost of street and alley inter- sections, shall be assessed upon the real estate abutting on said St.. VINCENT STREET FROM NOTRE DAME AVENUE TO. EDDY STREET UNDER IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 165. In the City of South Bend, Indiana., all according to the method and manner- provided for in an Act of fthe �aener&l Assembly if the State of Indiana,entitled "An A ct Concerning Municipal Corporation approved March 6,19051 and in accordance with and pursuant to t he provisions of. all amena- t or"y and 'supplemental acts thereto, passed by the General Assembly,of the State of Indiana. RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUIF BEND, ST. JOSEPH COUNTY STATE OF INDIANA, That the construction e'f a local sewer,intended and a- dapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving -sewerage from collateral drains, be and the same is hereby ordered in and along St. Louis Street from Cedar Street to Miner Street viz:- Be- ginning at the center of Cedar Street and St. Louis Street thence north along the cen- ter line of St. Louis Street to -the center of Miner Street with & 10 inch vitrified pipe sewer, together with the necessary manholes,inlets and house can nections to the curb line along=,the line of said improvement, and said sewer, with all appurtenances shall be constructed in accordance with the profile and speicifcations now on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said City. JOSEPH COUNTY STATE OF INDIANA, That the construction of a local sewer,intended arid& adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abut,a thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be and the same is hereby ordered in and along GARST STREET FROM FRANKLIN STREET TO A POINT ABOUT 100 FEET WEST TO THE WEST LINE OF LAFAYETTE STREET Viz: - And said .sewer, w th all its appurtenances shall be constructed -inac- cordance with the profile and speic fications now on file in the office of the Department of Public Works of said City.
