for points now not provided for.
t/City Engineer reported, list of parties effected and the amount of their assessments
in the reclaimation district for the large Bowman Creek Sewer. The same referred to
the City Attorney
Petition received read and placed on file petitioning to have Rhe Chicago,4rand Trunk
and Western R. R. place their tracks on Division Street west of South Taylor Street:,
in the center sf Division street as per order of St. Joseph County Circuit Court.
Excavation Bond signed by the Indiana & Michigan Electric Company and the Empire
State Surety C ompany of New York for One Thousand ($1000.00)Dollars was approved
by the Board.
✓Excavation Bond of Walter J. Braunsdorf signed by Fidelity and D esit Compp any
of Maryland and. approved by the Board. The amount One Thousand 11C00.00)Dellars.
