In the matter of the awarding, of the contract for the pavement on 4adision Street,'Under
Improvement Resolution No.. 131 the game was deferred until Tuesday April the 23rd. 1912
at 10 : 00 A.M.
1Petition received read and referred to the Engineer for investigation;, petitioning for
the construction of brick pavement on Cottage Grove Avenue from Mi chi`gan Avenue to
Portage Avenue.
,--Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Water Connections on Fellows
St re et from Monroe St re et to Sample Street Under Improvement, Resolution No. 99•
RESOLVED, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for
six Consecutive days in the South Bend, Daily Times, commencing on the 22nd. day of April
1912 stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at
its office in'the City Hall on the loth. day of May,1912 at 7:45 P.M.
RESOLVED further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and
approved' and the° final estimat thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be pub-
lished on the 22nd. day of- April,1912 in the South Bend Daily Times-0tating that this
Board will give a ;hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the City Hall
an the 10t h. day of May 1912, at 7: 45 P.M.
Meeting adjourned until. April Tuesday 23rd. 1912.
