Beard met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present.
`✓ Reports received and read from the City Engineer as fQliows:-
I respectfully report that I have tabulated thebids submitted march, 19th. for the pav-
ing of SOatt Street and find that C. H DeFreees is the lowest and beat bidder upon Marion
Block, laid upon a six indh gravel foundation. I therefore recommend that he be awarded
t tie contract. Respect fully.

liminary order for said improvement heretofore adopted is hereby confirmed. The Board
now orders that so much of said. street be improved with Vitrified Brick,iaid on a. graved
foundation and awards the contract to C. H. DEFREES, he being the lowest and best bidder
upon MARION BLOCK.

to Race Bridge, in pursuance of Improvement Resolution No. 130,1912, the preliminary
order for said improvement heretofore adopted is hereby confirmed.. The Board now
orders that so much of said street be improved with Vitrified Brick,laid on a concrete
foundation and awards the contract to H. N. BARNES, he being the lowest and beat bidder
upon Marian Block.
