All members present. `✓ Reports received and read from the City Engineer as fQliows:- I respectfully report that I have tabulated thebids submitted march, 19th. for the pav- ing of SOatt Street and find that C. H DeFreees is the lowest and beat bidder upon Marion Block, laid upon a six indh gravel foundation. I therefore recommend that he be awarded t tie contract. Respect fully. W. S.
