The Board ordered an Are Street Light placed at the intersection of Twelfth and Mishawaka,

Resolved, that notices as td the amounts of assessments be published for six
consecutive drys in the South Bend Daily Times, Commencing on the 18th. day of March
1912,stating that this Board will Five a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its
office in the City Hall on the 12th. day of April,1912 at 7:45 P.I.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and
approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shell be
published on the 18th. day of Mazrch,1912 in the South Bend Dail

Board will give a hearing on Vile accevptance of such work at its office in the City
Hall on the 12th. day of April 1912, at 7:45 P.M.Adopted by unanimous consent of Board.
✓ The Board hereby grants permission to set poles and anchors as follows: Replace present
35 ft. pole in the alley north of Wayne St. east of Taylor Street with a 45 ft. pole.
Set one 40 ft. pole at the southeast corner of private alley south of Colfax Avenue,
between Main and Lafayette St:s. (this polo to replace present pole at northeast corner
of alley mentioned) Set one 30 ft. pole - t the southeast corner of St. Louis St. and
the First alley north of Madison Street. Approved.
