DE i+REES, he being the lowest and best bidder upon INDIA,NA BLOCK, the same to be laid on W NUT STREET PAV ,ME --,Pr from COLFAX AVENUE TO LA PORTE AVENUE there bey asking for change of material; THEREFORE, ' no petition filed BE IT RESOLVED, that the preliminary order is hereby confirmed and the aforesaid street is hereby ordered paved with vitrified brick,INDIANA BLOCK.
