Board met in regular session at 10:00 A.M. All members present.

lowering of the sewer connections on Lot 91 Shetterley Place Addition in South Bend,to the
edict that the sum asked rebated by the petitioner from the City be collected from the
contractors Hoban & Roach. The
The Clerk ordered, to notify the contrr ctors Hoban & Roach to appear before the Board at
their earliest convenience regarding this matter..Same placed on file.
--The Board ordered one street light placed at the corner of Olive Street.. and Elvin od Avenue.
//Petition received and filed on August the- uth. 191' by property holders on Clover Street
asking for Pipe Sewer also by communication by the Board of Public Health was taken up
by the Board but no action was taken.
✓Petition and remonstrance pertaining to Pipe ,Sewer on Birdsell Street were considered by
t he Board,but no favorable action taken.
