✓ The Following petition was received by the Board.
The undersigned hereby represent to your honorable body that they are
the owners of the eleven (11) arse tract of land located in the City of Mishawaka,
south of the right of way of the Grand Trunk Western Rai lw,,by Company and east of
Nineteenth Street. They further represent that the jurisdiction of the Ctty of
Mishawaka over the improvement of Nineteenth ,Street extends only over the east half f
said street, to the center line thereof;. Chet jurisdiction over the west half of said
Street sect in the City of South. Benci. It will ,there fore,be nece-,sary,in the improve

Snetterin Place Addition to South Bend. Same was referred to City Engineer for°
investigation.
Engineer reported as follows: In regard to the petition for paving College ,Street f-^m
from Washington Avenue to Mic-P-1gan Avenue. I find there are seven property owners on
the petition and 19 on a remonstrance which was filed on Bleb. 2.0th. In view of such
a large remonstrance and the fact that there is no sewer on College St. from Passnac It
Ave. to Rupel Street I recommend= that the petition be placed ort file.
