In the above matter no remonrt rators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board. threfore find in each and every case in said improvements that the benefits to the prop- erty and to 1_:i.Le City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and t,ne same are hereby in all thing^ ratified,confirmed and approved. Resolved that notices be published on the 2.6t,"i. day of February and on the dav,•of March 2-912 in the Sough Bend Daily Times, st ttt ing that this Board will »e cei ve bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. on the 19th. day of March 1912. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.. The Board therefore find in each and e very case in said improvement that the benefits to the property and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvemen and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Resolved that notices be published on the 26th. day'of February 1912 and on the 4th. day of March 1912, in the South Bend Daily Times,stati.ng that this Board will receive bids fo the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 19th. day of March 1912. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. All remon- strance over -ruled. The Board therefore findin each and every case in said Improvement that the be-aefits to the property and to the City of .youth Bend are equal to the estim- ated cost of said improvement and the same are hereby in all things rati f'ied, confirmed and approved. Adopted on the 30th. day of June 1911. In the above matter no remonstrators &;)geare d and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed February, 2nd. 1912 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board fur- ther find that the assessment rolls filed February 2nd, 1912 and the final estimate allow Allowed February 2nd. 1912 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified confirmed -and approved. i4otion made, seconded and carried,that the foregoing resolution be unanimously adopted By the Board. Declaratory hearing on Improvement Resolution_ No.129 for pavement on t.tie 1st. alley No. of Colfax Avenue from Lafayette St. to La Porte Ave. in the City of South Bend, Indiana. Adopted on the loth. day of January 1912. In the foregoing matter remonstrators appeared and a remonstrance was filed. The Board sustained the remonstrance and rescinded F,ll preceeding action on the foregoing resolution. President.
