The Board awarded the contract for the construction of Grade,Curb and Walx. on OtBrien
Street under Improvement Resolution No. 106. to H.N.Barnes, for ..........0 465.90
ORDER -SELECTING KIND OF PAV&4EINT.
Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Division St re et f or.. Mli ehi fan
.to Chapin in the City of South Bend,Indiana in pursuance of Improvement Resolution No.90,
1912,the preliMi7llry order for said. improvement fteretofore adopted is nereby,by unanimous
vote of said Board confirmed. The Board now orders Lhat so much of said Street,as is des-
cribed in �-r,,id I -rip rove -meat Eesoluucion No.90,be improved vr.Lth Vitrified Brick and awards
the contract to Hoban & Roacn,they being the lowest and best bidder on Wabash Block.
