RE: SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 3, 2008
The South Bend Common Council has called a special meeting of the Council on
Monday, March 3, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the College Football Hall of Fame, 111
S. St. Joseph, South Bend, Indiana 46601, for the sole purpose of hearing the Mayor's
Annual Address.
The South Bend Common Council announces that Mayor Stephen Luecke will address
the Council pursuant to the provisions of South Bend Municipal Code §2-3.1 to give the Mayor's
Annual Address to the Council. The Mayor is required to address the Council each year and
provide an overview of the City's finances are the general condition of the City in this address.
Members of the public are cordially invited to attend this special meeting of the Council.
