Order Selecting Kind of pavement. / Concerning the improvement of the roadway of Division Street from Micnigan Street to Chapin Street, in pursuance of improvement Resolution No.90,1911 the preliminary order•for said improvement heretofore adopted is hereby confirmed. The Board now orders t that so much of s€dd street be improved with Vitrified Brick and awards the contract to Hoban and Roach,they being the lowest and best bidders upon Wabash Block. NI EDB AL SKI i/ Permission was :granted to the Central Union Telephone Company to set poles and anchors as follows. Four poles and one anchor on the north side of Mishawaka Ave.,, west of First St. in River Park jointly with Chi sago, South beha &' N;orthern Indiana Railway. Approved. Seven poles and two anchors on the vest side of 'rust St. norta of Aiishawaka Ave., in Rive Park. Approved. Bids opened on the Elwood Pipe Sewer ImprovcTnent Resolution. No. 111. Adopted on December 22nd.1911. The same were referred to the City Engineer for Tabulation,and to be reported back to the Board on Tuesday February 6th. 1912. Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate for Pipe Sewer on. Division Street from Michigan Street to Cizapin Street Under Improvement Resolution No.59 Resolved,that notices as to the €mounts of assessitieuts be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times, commencing -on the ' 12th. day of February 1912,stating that this Board will. give a hearing on the Fzmount of ;;uch a.ssegsments at it-s office in the City H&11 on the 23rd. day of February 1°912 at 7:15 P< M.. 4dopted by unanimous consent o f the Board. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and, the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution -shall be published. on the 12th. d&y of February 1912 in the South Bend Daily Time 5,stating ghat this Boardwill give a hearing on the acceptance of such wouk at its office in -the City Hall on the 23rd. day of February 1912,at 7:15 P-14- n Adopted by unanimous consent of the Board. Hearing P 4ven on Assessment Roll and final estimate for a pipe Sevier on Huron. Street from Olive Street to Kosciusko Street Under Improvement Resolution No. 84. No remonstrators appeared, and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed in December 29th 1911 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll,and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed December 29th. '1911 and the final estimate allowed December 29th. should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified and approved, and the Board further resolves that four Hundred ('$400.00)"Dollars of the aforesaid final estimate be withheld until the City Civil Engineer has reported the work done and completed and the Street in a satie factory condition. Adopted by unanimous consent of the Board. President.
