Petition received asking for Pipe Sewer on College S treet from Fassnacht Avenue to
vlichi gan Avenue. The same referred to the City Engineer for investigation.

ferred to the City Engineer for investigation.

Board met in regular hearing at 7:15 PO-M. All members present.
In the matter of the condemnation and appropriation of lend extending from the
west line of High Street produced south to intersect Dubail Avenue Under Condemna-
tion Resolution No. 12. Adopted on the 29th. day of December 1911. In this 7
matter remonstrators appeared, but no remonstrances were filed. The Board deferred
all action on the ^ague until February the 6th. 1912.by motion duly made `and carried.
,,'In the matter of the condemnation and appropriation of land necessary to open and
extend a -street from the westly bank of the St. Josep.n River to a point about
forty-nine and one half feet north of the north line of Sample Street,sou.thwedly
to Broadway Street to a point Two Hundred and Ninety Six feet (296) feet east of
the east line of H11=:•h Street. All in the City of South Bend. Linder Condemnation
Resolution No. 13. Adopted on the 29th. day of December 1911. In the above matter
remonstrators appeared and the Lake Shore and Michigan Southern Railway Company
filed a remonstrance. All action on the foregoing resolution was deferred until
February 6th. 1912. icy° motion duly made seconded and unanimou611y carried..
.Clerk was notified to serve notice on the Northern Indiana Gas & Electric Company
to made connections with the abbutting property 0, on the following
Streets. 'Scott From Mi chi can Avenue to Portage Avenue. LaPorte Avenue from
Washington Avenue to Oak Street. Carroll Court from Tutt to Sample Street. Portage
Avenue from the Viaduct to Kinyon St reet . Main Street from Wayne to Monroe Street
Walnut Street from Colfax Avenue to La Porte Avenue. Madison Street from the East
Race to Eddy Street. Division Street from Michigan to Chapin Street. Lafayette
Street from Navarre to Foote Street. Fellows Street from Monroe to Sample Street.
Hydraulic Avenue from La Salle Avenue to the East Race. All to be served on or
before March: 15th. 1912.
