RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "RE-
QUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES," INDIANA R -66
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body
of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that
it is nov necessary to purchase 88 parcels, Central Downtown Urban
Renewal Iroject, Indiana R -66; and,
WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for 88
parcels; and
WH REAS, the proposed acquisition price for the 88 parcels of real
estate, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated October 10, 1969, is, in the
opinion Of the Commission, fair and reasonable.
NO , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commissi n hereby determines that 88 parcels in the Central Downtown Urban
Renewal roject be acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Ad-
ministra ion of Form HUD -6144, dated October 10, 1969, for the said parcels
is hereb approved.
