RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION, GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT,
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "REQUEST
FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES," IND.R -66
:AS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of
)f South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that it is
>ary to purchase one (1) parcel, Central Downtown Urban Renewal

, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for one (1)

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commissioa hereby determines that one (1) parcel in the Central Downtown
Urban Renewal Project be acquired and that the filing with the Urban
Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated September 5, 1969, for
said parcel is hereby approved.
