RESOLUTION NO. 272
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION
OF FOURTH AMENDATORY CONTRACT AMENDING CONTRACT NO.
INDIANA R- 57(LG), BY AND BETWEEN CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
DEPARTMENT OF REDEVELOPMENT AND THE UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA, FOR THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, INDIANA R -57.
BE IT RESOLVED by the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Govern -
rdy of the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, as
SECTION 1. The pending proposed Fourth Amendatory Contract
(herein called the "Amendatory Contract ") amending that certain Contract
No. Indiana R- 57(LG), dated the 22nd day of April, 1966, by and between City
of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, (herein called the "Local Public
Agency") and the United States of America, (herein called the "Government "),
is he eby in all respects approved.
SECTION 2. The President is hereby authorized and directed to exe-
cute said Amendatory Contract in two counterparts on behalf of the Local
Public Agency, and the Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to impress
and attest the official seal of the Local Public Agency on each such counter-
part, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to forward
such counterparts to the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for
execution on behalf of the Government, together with such other documents
relative to the approval and execution of such counterparts as may be required
by the Government.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 4. Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelop-
ment ommission held September 5, 1969, at the Office of the Commission, 120
West faSalle Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana.
