Board met in regular session at L0:00 A. M. All Members present.
Petition received by the Board for a Street Light at the intersection of 4_.uIr0,4 and
Kemble Avenue. The same referred to the Street Commissioner.
✓ Petition for a' Pipe Sewer on Allen Street from Vassar. to Van Buren Street'#received by
the Board and. referred to the City Engineer for
✓ Petition for pavement on the first alley north of La Salle Avenue from LaFayette
Street to First.ifttersectingalley north and south referred to City Engineer.
for specifications.
✓ Petition for pavement on First Alley West of Lafayette Street from. La Salle. Avenue to
Madison Street, referred to the City Engineer for specifications.
Remonstrance received remonstrating against the construction of the Pipe Sewer on
Birdsell Street. received by the Board and placed on file*
✓ Plat of Jackson Sub—Division.presented to the Board. The Board finding that the

Mearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for Macadam Pavement on South
Michiga
n Street from Ewing Avenue to Leeper Road, Under improvement Resolution No.
78. Remonstrators appeared but no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find
that the property assessed in said roll filed December the 12th. 1911 is benefited in
the amount of assessments as shown on said rails, and the Board further finds that the
assessnent roll filed December the 12th. 1911 and -the final estivate allowed December
the 12th. 1911 should be and the same are J`iereby in all things ratified and approved.
And the Board Further finds thht Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars shall be withhald
from the final payment -for the work,, until the final confirmation,
President.
