RESOLUTION NO, 271
RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT OF
REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144, "RE-
QUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACgUISITION PRICES," INDIANA R -66
EREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body
ity of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that
w necessary to purchase 122 parcels, Central Downtown Urban
Project, Indiana R -66; and,
W�EREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for 122
parcels and
W EREAS, the proposed acquisition price for the 122 parcels of
real es ate, as shown on Form HUD -6144, dated August 15, 1969, is,
in the pinion of the Commission, fair and reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission hereby determines that 122 parcels in the Central Downtown
Urban Renewal Project be acgaired and that the filing with the Urban
Renewal Administration of Form HUD -6144, dated August 15, 1969, for
the said parcels is hereby approved.
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Com-
mission held on August 15, 1969, in the Office of the Commission, 120
West La alle Avenue, Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana.
