it is deemed and desired necessary to open and extend a street from the westerly bank of
the St. Joseph River at a point about forty nine and one half (49-1/2-) feet North of the
;forth line of Sample Street, southwesterly to Broadway Street at as point two hundred
ninety -six (296) feet East of the East line of 7igh Street; all in tale City of South
Bend, County of St. Joseph and State of indi na, the boundary of Which. street so proposed
