At the Commission's last meeting on June 13th, a Project Agreement (Agreement) was approved
between various parties having projects or property in the Seitz Park area, enabling the projects
to move forward and Seitz Park to be enlarged. Part of that Agreement included the City paying
certain costs related to the property transactions included therein.
Staff requests approval of a budget in a not -to -exceed amount of $26,000, to fund these costs.
