Which TIF? (circle one) Iver West River East; South Side; Douglas Road; West Washington
As part of a larger demolition project, including three houses at the entrance to City Cemetery,
there are two properties, 618 N. Scott with a small house, and 607 — 611 W. Marion with a small
garage, which need funding. To bid all these properties as one project, funding for the Scott and
Marion demolitions is needed.
Staff requests approval of a budget in the amount of $20,000, which will be added to other funding
sources for the demolition and site clearance of these properties.
