To Whom It May Concern,
It is my pleasure to recommend Rick Hamilton's towing company for the City of South Bend. I have been
a Property Manager in Mishawaka and South Bend for twenty years and have had the opportunity to
utilize his towing service for many of my properties, including a Student Housing portfolio and two
residential apartment communities of late.
I chose Hamilton Towing because of his professionalism, his flexibility and his great attitude toward
providing superior customer service whether he is working with me, my residents, visitors or our nearby
fire departments. We have been strict in implementing parking policies to restrict parking and Rick was
instrumental in assisting us with enforcement of fire lane and handicap parking.
Rick has always been professional, respectful and polite in dealing with residents and has helped
educate many on the reasons why parking is restricted in certain areas, while also conveying a no-
nonsense approach in parking enforcement. I appreciate the fact that he and I communicate when
necessary, and once the parameters are defined, he independently monitors and patrols the parking lots
without fail. It makes my life easy!
Tha you,
