RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
ACCEPVING THE BIDS OF PUBLIC OFFERING N0. 2 FOR LAND
IN THE LASALLE PARK PROJECT, IND. R -57
the City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopmend held a public
at 2:00 P.M. (EDT), May 7, 1969 for the purpose of offering land
in the LaSalle Park Project, Ind. R -57 in accordance with all
and ordinances governing such public offering; and
the South Bend Redevelopment Commission received bids from five
:overing twenty two parcels out of the land so offered for sale
)ublic offering; and
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission has determined that the
prices o fered for each parcel is less than the minimum acceptable:prce
under th rules and regulations governing the said public offering:
NOW, THEREFORE, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission determines that
