Per Indiana Code 36-7-3-13, the vacation met all criteria, however, the Police Department noted the affected neighbor at 1605 W. Hamilton did not consent to this vacation. Therefore, the Board of Public Works submitted a favorable recommendation for the vacation of this alley. Please contact Donna Hanson on at 74 23 -92 4 prior for ickin ayour radius t o . You will need a radius map showing properties within 150' of the proposed vacation for your petition to the Common Council.
