RESOLUTION NO. 261
RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD -6144,
"REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES."
WHEREAS, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing.Body
e City of South Bend, Department of Redevelopment, believes that
now necessary to purchase Parcel No. 41 -10, LaSalle Park Urban
al Project, Ind. R -57;
WHEREAS, it has reviewed the three separate appraisals for Parcel
No. 1 -10; and
WHEREAS, the proposed.acquisition price for the parcel of real
estate, identified as Parcel No. 41 -10, as shown on Form HUD -6144,
datec May 2, 1969, is, in the opinion of the Commission, fair and
reasonable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the South Bend Redevelopment
Commission hereby determines that Parcel No. 41 -10, in LaSalle Park, be
acquired and that the filing with the Urban Renewal Administration of
Form HUD -6144, dated May 2, 1969, for said Parcel No. 41 -10, is hereby
approved.
Adopted at the Regular Meeting of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission
held May 2, 1969, at the office of the Commission, 120 West LaSalle Avenue,
Suite 1001, South Bend, Indiana.
