RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION,
GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, DEPARTMENT
OF REDEVELOPMENT, AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF HUD FORM
614431 "REQUEST FOR CONCURRENCE IN ACQUISITION PRICES ",
REAL ESTATE AND IRREMOVABLE FIXTURES, CENTRAL DOWNTOWN
PROJECT, IND. R -66
WHERE S, the South Bend Redevelopment Commission, Governing Body of the
City of Souti Bend, Department of Redevelopment, has reviewed the irremovable
fixtures appraisals, along with the Real Estate Appraisals for Block 22 for
8 parcels to be acquiredin the Central Downtown Area, Indiana R -66; and
WHERE S, the proposed acquisition prices for the real estate and irremovable
fixtures as hown on HUD Form 6144, Request No. 2 dated April 3, 1969, are in the
opinion of t e Commission, fair and reasonable;
