Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. 11. ALL Members present,
✓ City Attorney report that the bond given by S. S. Perley arui Thomas Maredock,
President and Secretary of the South Bend & Logansport Traction Company for the
Grading gn South Michigan Street for the amount of Fifteen Hundred ($1500.00)
Dollars is of very little value as he finds that they have'desposed of about all
of their real e ' state holdings. In this matter the Board orders the City Attorney to
bring proceedings in court to satisfy the City's claim.
