Board met in regular session at 10:00 A. M. All members present.
✓ Walter Donovan and. John Konzen appeared before the Board petitioning; for a permit to
build. a Skating Rink and Dance hall at the West end of Jefferson. Blvd. Brid_ge.on the
North side of the Blvd. Plans were submitted and the game were referred to the City '
Engineer who reported that the plans should be made plainer and more explib4a,
