Board met in regular session at 10 A.M. all member present.
Walter Donovan and John Kunzen pe titfoned the Board asking for a permit to
build a Skating Rink and Dance Hall on the North side of Jefferson Bldv. at
the West end of Jefferson Bldv.Bridge the plans .were refereci to the City Engineer
V Petition received from Andrew Anderson Emma DuShane2and Jeanie Putn am presentig
a Plat Of Park addition to Chapin placelthe same placed. on file.
4 Engineer filed assessment roll and final estimate under the following
Improvement ]Resolutions (Trade,Curb and Walk on college St. N0.69. Grad.e.Curb and
Walk on Catalpa Ave. No. 72. Macadam Pavement on South Michigan St. No.79.
Resolved by the Board)that notice as to the amount of assessments be published
for si.x consecutive days in.the South Bend Daily Times2commeneing on the lFth.
day of December 1911,stating th�tt the board will Five a hearing on the amount of
such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 5th day of Danuary 1912
at 7-15 P.M.
Resolvedfurther.that the entire work under the above contract be accepted and
approved and the final estimate thereon allowed -Notice of this resolution s hall
be publist-Led on the l9th. day of December 1911 in the south Bend Daily Times,
stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of the work- at the
office in the City hall on the 5th.,4ay of January 1912 at 7--15 P.M.
