Board met in regular session at 10A.M. all members present.
The Orders and
I Assi�ents filed with the Board by claiments Dor moneys due to
them from Contractor and Sub —Contractor on the Fast Calvert Street GradeCurb and,
Walk Improvement Resolution No. 36. were ordered released and returned.
� Board ordered the payment to the Contractor as according to law in improvement
Resolution No.36 for'the OrradelCurb and Walk. on East Oalvert street
Hearing given on assessment Roll and Final estimate on Pipe sewer on West Madison
Street under impr6vement Resolution No. 91.
No remonstrators appeared and no further remonstrances were filed.The Board
therefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed October 20th. 1911
is benei.lited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls.and the Board furthe
—r find that the Assessne-at Rolls filed October 20th, 1911,an-6 the Final Estilpate
