Board net in regular swssion at 10A.M. Mr. Bastian absent.
Hearing given on assessment roll and final estimate for the grade,curb and walk on
South Frances Street under improvement resolution No. 93.
In -the above matter no remonstrances were filed and no remonstrators appeared..The Board
tlerefore find that the property assessed in said rolls filed November 3nd. 1911 is benefited
in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls,and the Board further final thtLt the
arse^sment roll filed November and. 1911 €ind the final estimate allowed November and. 1911
should be and the same are in all things ratifi ed,confirned ,and approved.
Partial estimate allowed Harry N. Barnes Contractor on -the construction _of Crade on t)e
First Alley west of Makin Street from Navarre St. to Bartlett St. also Grade and Kacadamizibg
the first alley north of Navarre St. from Main to l,a, _),layette Sts. $365.92
v Clerk ordered to notify all parties interested in the settlement of claims ,in regard
to the east Calvert Street Grade,Curb and walk to be Present on Friday I}ecember 1st. 1911
at 10A.M. .

of paper on the streets.
