Board met in remilar session at 10 A.M. all members present.
In the matter of the Madison Street Pipe Sewer the same was defered to
November 17th. 1911 at 10 A. X. and refered to the City attorney.

Resolved,that noti cesots to the amounts of assessments be published for s6x
consecutive 6 ays in the South Bend Daily Tides, commencinr?_ on the 20th. day of
November 1911,stating this Board will give a hearing on.the amounts of such assess '•
-ments at its office in the City Hall. on the £fit:. dray of December Tall at
7-15 P . M.
Resolved further,that the entire work under the above contract be ask.;epted-
€and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution
shrall be published on the 20th. Oay of -fdozremberl9li.in the South BenO Deily
Times stating that this Board will give a- hearing; on the acceptance of such work
