South Bend Ave. read and refered to Street 0ommissio,zer.
E. Burner & Co. petiti ones,- t1le Board to grant 'to them a permit to remodel the frontb
of the store buil6ing at 218 North Aiichigaan St. the same allowed mith the expressed
uroler-tan, ing that the aforesaid firR_ ha=re the enti-rO sidewalk clear for trafflP in
30 days and keep open for traffic six (6) ft . a t ail time.

Resolved,thA .notices as to the amounts of assessments to published f'or six
consecutive drays in the south Bend Daily Times,commencing on the 6th. day of
November 1011,stnting that this Board will give ra hearing on the airnounts of such
asFessments at its office in the City Hall on the 24th. day of November 1�,11 at
7-15. P.m.
Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted
and approved and tree final nal estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution
shall be published on the 6th. day of November 1911. in the south Bend Daily Times
stating that this Board will give ad hearing on the acceptance of suet, work at its
office in the City Nall on the 24th. day of No . ember 1911 at 7-15 P.M.

track on Mishawaka Ave. from file Watch factory to Sout Eddy St. tine same approved
All Representative from the Welsbaach Street Ligliting Co. of rjmerica was present a d
presented a contract for the street lif; iting ,of' River Park the same refered to the
City attorney to modify.
The Indians, & j4ichi,ga,n Electric Co. submitted the following petition ,plans,profiles and specifications cohering proposee3 underground construction of electrical
wires on South miciligan Street between 111onroe St. and Division St. in said City.
