Board met in regular session &t 10 A.M. all meribers, present.
✓ Bond and contract si �ned and approved for the con! ftruction of a Boat House in Leeper
Park by -Louis A. Hickey name approved by the Board..
� Final Estir ester submitted to the Board for the aforesaid Boathouse by the City Engineer
recommending that the Board pay Eight Tlundred. ( 500.00) Dollard And withhold Forty -two
Dollars ($42.40) and forty dents uritil certain changes game approved by the
Bourdland refered to the Safety Department for payment.

under Improvement resolution No.96.
Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of; assessments be publisned for six connective
days in the, South Bend. Daily Times, commencing on the Ath. day of October 1911* stating th
this Boa:-d will give a hearing on the amounts of such assessr:e:.qts at its office in the
City Ball on the 27th. day of Octotrer 1911, at 7-15 P.M.
