RESOLUTION NO. 254
RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION TO
AMEND THE BY -.LAWS OF THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
TO CHANGE THE REGULAR MEETING TIME AND DATE
WHEREAS, in order to meet the pressing needs of the business
ie South Bend Redevelopment Commission, it is necessary that

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the South Bend Redevelopment
fission that Article 3, Section 2, of the By -Laws of the South
Redevelopment Commission shall read as follows:
Section 2. Regular Meeting. Regular meetings shall be
held without notice at 10:30 a.m., prevailing local time
on the lst and 3rd Friday of each month at the office of
the Department of Redevelopment.
