Board met in regular session at 10A.M. all rembers present.
Clerk ordered to notify the Indiana & Michigan Electric Coto hurry the work
on the Under ground wiring in the alley north of Washington Ave. ,between Willi
andTaylor Streets.
Petition received from the Central Union Telephone Co. asking permistsion to
replace the following poles.
Replace three 30ft. poles with five 30ft. poles on Blanch St. from Prairie Ave.
to Kimble Ave, approvest.
Replace five 25ft. poles with seven30ft. poles on Calvert St. from Leer St. east
to second pole west of Kline St. w_'Ach'is, occupied jointly with the Indiana & Mic;t*
Electric Co. approved.
These poles to be used jointly with the I-gdiana & Michi:_,an Electric Co.
/Hearing given on Assessment Roll and Estimate for the Grade7curb and Walk
on SancoiT-ib Avenue under improvement Resolution No. 56.
!-,To.remonstrators appeared and no renonstrances were filed,the Board therefore
find that tile property assessed in s1-1d rolls filed. August lst. 1911 is benefited
in the amount of asseqintentias shown on sfiiO rolls.,and the Board further fin6
tilat the assessment roll filed Auk.;.4th. 1911 an(i the final estimate allowed Aug.
Ath, 1%11 should be and tt--i.e same are hereby in all taingi ratifiedconfirmed and
approved.
v. Board ordered Thirty. day notices to be served on the following property owners
on account of defective walks as provided in a law entitled 11 An Act concerning
municipal corporations," passed March 6th. 1905.
