Clerk ordered to notify the Indiana & Hic-iii:mn Electric Co. to repair the Brick
pavement femoved by them in the year of 1910 in Catroll Street for the purpose of
laying underground Wires.
!� Engineer submitted a grade for O'Brien Street which was approved by the Board.
Engineer file Assessment Roll and Final Estimate on the Grade,Cuisb and Wz.lk on
Adams Street.
Resolved,that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published in the South Bend.
Daily Times,commencing on the 9th. day of October 1911 stating that this Board will
a hearing on the amounts of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the
27th. day of October 1911 at 7-15 P.M.
Resolved further,that the entire work under the above contract be accepted: and
approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be
published on the 9th. day of October 1911 in the South Bend Deily Times,stating that
this Board. will give a hearing on the acceptance of. st.ich work at its office in the
City Hall' on the 27th. day of October 1911 at 7-15 P.M.
