The Studebaker Mfg. Company of South Bend, Indiana have conveyed _r_xt warranted
to the City of South Bend, Indiana for the consideration of`Two($2.00)Dollars the
following described real estate, to -wit: -.A strip of land f'ouF•teen(144) feet in wif
width. East and West taken off of Pmd from the entire width of,the East side of the
West twenty(20) feet of lot No. Twenty -Four (24) in Elliott Tutt's Addition to the
City of South BerW.; also a strip of land fourteen (14) feet in width East and. West
taken o'f of and from the entire length of tj7.e East side of the West twenty(20)
feet of lot No. twenty6-seiren(2.7) in George W. Swyg art' s sub -division of Bank out
lobs Nos. Sixty-three(63) and Sixty-four (64) of the first Plat of Out lops of the
Town= now City of South Bend, pleated by the State Bank of Indiana; all bounded
by a line running as follows,viz: Beginning at a point on the South line of Tutt
Street six(6) feet East of to North West corner of said Lot No. Twenty-four (24)
thence running East fourteeli (14) feet, thence South to the . South line of said
lot No. Twenty-seven (27) thence west fourteen (14) feet, thence north to the
