August 2nd. 1911 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls,cand the Board further finds that the as aessn.ent roll filed August 2nd. 1911 and the kinaal estimate€Lllowed. August 2nd. 1911 should be and the sarie are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved.. Hefaring .given on Assessment Roll and 'o'inabl estimat on Various Street Grade curb and ..walk under Improvement Resolution No. 54. No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.
